Coaching, Team Management & Scoring

Mansfield Magpies Junior Cricket Club is proudly run by volunteers, and our success depends on the wonderful support of our club families. By volunteering your time, you play an important role in creating a fun, safe and positive cricket experience for every player.

Each season, we are looking for parents, grandparents, and other supporters to assist as coaches, team managers, scorers, and umpires. No previous experience is necessary—our club will provide guidance and support to help you get started.

All coaches, team managers and scorers are required to hold a current Blue Card. Mansfield Magpies will assist volunteers with the application process and there is no cost to volunteers.

We are committed to supporting our volunteers and encourage coaches to continue developing their skills through Queensland Cricket coaching courses and education opportunities. If you are interested in becoming a coach or attending a coaching course, we'd love to hear from you.

Volunteering is a rewarding way to be involved in your child's cricket journey and helps ensure our club continues to provide a fantastic experience for all players.
